In the French Riviera (France), the city Menton is famous for the lemons.
The lemon from Menton is recognizable by his elliptical shape and his bright yellow color. Moreover, the branches of the lemon trees are very fruit-bearing : a lemon tree is capable to bring about fifteen fruits, more than anywhere. About 200 tonnes are produced in Menton in each year.
Each year (Feb/ March), there is a lemon festival. Every time, a theme is given to the festival (in 2018 : Bollywood).
