A tea Time at Café Pavane in Paris

Café Pavane is located in front of Jardin of Luxembourg in Paris. It is the Jean-Paul Hévin’s daughter tea room. The pastries are by Jean Paul Hévin. The cuisine is Slavic-inspired.

Pastry “Tonka” (Tonka bean cream on a crunchy cocoa and praline streusel, a biscuit rich in almonds and Tonka beans and topped with a Venezuelan dark chocolate mousse)
Pastry “Turin” (Chestnut mousse and almond cream on almond shortcrust pastry, studded with blackcurrant seeds. All coated in dark chocolate) and hot chocolate
