MUNNU The Gem Palace was founded in 1852 by the Agra-based Kasliwal family (officially appointed jewelers of the Mughal dynasty). The Mughal dynasty is a Muslim dynasty of Turkic-Mongol which ruled most of northern India from the early 16th to the mid-18th. It was founded by a Chagatai Turkic prince named Bābur in 1526. Munnu jewels are made from indian traditional techniques.
