Delpozo’s dress and Claude Monet’s painting “Sunset at Pourville, open city” in 1882. The French artist (1840-1926) painted many times Pourville.

Pourville is a seaside resort in the municipality of Hautot-sur-mer, in Normandy, France. Until the 19th century, Pourville-sur-mer was a simple fishermen village. Between the Wars, Pourville attracted Parisian artists and all the arts community. Thanks to the Dieppoi surveyer Mr. Lemaître, the beach began a seaside resort in 1858.
