The French brand “Le clos de Laure” has assembled jam makers since 1998. These artisans create Provençal and Nice local gourmet products.
I tasted the “Délice d’amande à la fleur d’oranger” (almond delight with orange blossom) and the “Confit de rose de Grasse” (candied Grasse rose). It is delicious and very flavoured !
