I have always been fascinated and amazed by Moroccan patterns. The delicacy and the refinement of the decorations are incredible. One of the finest Moroccan patterns are located in the Medersa Ben Youssef in Marrakech.
The Medersa Ben Youssef was built after the fall of the Marinid dynasty in 1465. This monument carries the name of the sovereign Ben Youssef who reigned in Morocco between 1448 and 1458.
